Obituary
Earl V. Decker, age 61, of Anneta, passed away Tuesday, (October 13, 2009) at the Bowling Green Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
He was born on July 27, 1948, in Grayson Co., KY, the son of Lloyd Decker. He was retired from Wehr's Construction.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce K. Decker, one son, Aaron (Michele) of Anneta, one daughter, Melissa Laslie (Terry) of McDaniels, KY, one step-son, Sean Napper (Dana) of Peonia, two grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Tyler Laslie of McDaniels. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. (October 17, 2009) at the Anneta United Baptist Church. Bro Thomas Meredith will be officiating. Burial will be in the Pollyanna Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of service at the church.
