Earl Geary, age 91, of Caneyville, KY passed away Saturday, (November 25, 2006) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.

He was born on May 23, 1915, in Grayson County, KY, the son of Henry and Mada Berkley Geary. He was a member of the Short Creek Masonic Lodge #744.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine Doolin Geary, Three sons, John Earl, Danny Thomas and his wife (Joyce) and Mike C. Geary of Caneyville, two daughters, Reida Johnson and Tammy Cain of Caneyville, two brothers, Elmer Geary of Yeaman and Ed Geary of Olaton. 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren survive. One son, one daughter, 4 brothers and 4 sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday (November 27, 2006) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Edward Dermitt will be officiating. Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery.
