Obituary
Edsel Willis, age 84, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (November 4, 2010) at the Grayson Manor in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born on January 20, 1926, in Grayson Co., KY, the son of the late Lovin Willis and Inaz Whobrey. He was a retired construction worker, a US Navy veteran of World War II and was a member of the Leitchfield American Legion Post 81.
He is survived by one daughter, Kathleen Rautenkranz of Georgia, one sister, Nancy Yerian of Leitchfield, two grandchildren, Brittney and Alex Bethke of Georgia. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, W.T. Willis.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday (November 7, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Joe Brooks will be officiating. Burial will be in the New Hope-Sadler Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
