Edward Linville Yaden, age 67, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Thursday, (July 29, 2021) at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on January 11, 1954 in Danville, KY, the son of the late Paul and Emma "Sue" Langford Yaden.

He worked as an elementary school custodian and later for MTD in various positions. He co-founded Wings on a Prayer, Inc. which provided therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with physical, emotional, or mental challenges, and was a member of the Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his sons, Chris Yaden (Jenny) of Falls of Rough, and Jason Yaden of Leitchfield. Five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Yaden; a daughter, Christina Yaden; and two brothers, Dwight and Dwayne Yaden.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, (August 2, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Jerry Yaden will be officiating. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
