Ella (Mudd) Minton Raymer age 89, of Caneyville, KY., passed away Monday (January 7, 2008) at the Kensington Manor Nursing Home, Elizabethtown, KY.

She was a housewife and a member of the Pleasant Union (Wilson) United Baptist Church. She was born on December 12, 1918 in Grayson Co. KY, the daughter of Riley and Nealy (Elder) Mudd.

She is survived by two sons, Douglas and his wife Regina Minton, of Leitchfield, Bob and his wife Carol of Horse Branch, KY, two daughters, Charlene and her husband Gary Dameron of Caneyville and Clyda and her husband Robert Kirtley of Leitchfield, one brother, J.R. Mudd of Millwood, two sisters, Ruby McCrady of Caneyville and Laura Mudd of Caneyville. Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husbands, Herbert Minton and Everett Raymer.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday (January 9, 2008) at Pleasant Union (Wilson) United Baptist Church in Caneyville. Bro. Lowell Davis will be officiating. Burial is in the Wilson Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville from 4:00 to 9 P.M. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 Wednesday.
