Mr. Elvie Tucker, age 82, of Morgantown, KY, passed away Sunday (October 07, 2007) at the Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky.

He was born on June 16,1925, in Grayson County, KY., the son of Emmitt & Beeda Embry Tucker.

He was a retired forklift operator for Brown & Williamson Tobacco Co., a member of the Antioch Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Wrinda Beasley Tucker of Morgantown, 2 sons Mike Tucker of Morgantown & Bro. Dennis Tucker of Owensboro, 1 daughter Sharon Tucker Nabours of Caneyville,6 brothers Hosea Tucker of Tn, Denard, Emmitt Jr., Donald, & Thomas all of Louisville & R.J. Tucker of Tn., 3 sisters Lorene Smith & Jean Thomas both of Louisville & Virgie Galloway of Tn., 9 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 2:00 P.M. October 10, 2007 at the Antioch Church of Christ with Bro. Jim Berryman officiating with interment in the Antioch Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville 2:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday & after 9:00 am. Wednesday.
