Enisa Katy Burnett, age 44, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (January 3, 2010) in Bowling Green, KY.
She was born on December 10, 1965, in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Floyd and Peggy Hazelwood VanMeter. She was an online business Administration Coordinator at Elizabethtown Community College, a member of the board of the Grayson County Early Childhood Council and a member of Mulberry Flats United Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Charles "Tony" Burnett, her children, Heavenlea Casey (Anthony) and Kary and Anthony Mudd all of Leitchfield, her mother, Peggy VanMeter of Leitchfield, her sister, Kathy Hester of Shepherdsville, KY, her grandson, Patrick Casey, two nephews, two nieces, and one great nephew. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd VanMeter.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. (January 6, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Jerry Weedman and Bro. Austin Wade will be officiating. Burial will be in the Mulberry Flats Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of service.
