Erett Nash age 96 of Shrewsbury, KY passed away Thursday (December 22, 2011) at the Owensboro Mercy Health Care.

He was born January 6, 1915 in Sadler, KY the son of the late Rigdon and Lillie Sadler Nash; he was a member of the Shrewsbury General Baptist Church and was a World War II Veteran.

He was survived by two daughters, Betty Fetter of FL and Brenda McClure and her husband Robert, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive.

Other than his parents his was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Nash two brothers, Everett and Herman Nash and one sister, Elsie Nugent.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (December 27, 2011) at the Shrewsbury General Baptist Church with Bro. Billy Bertram and Bro. Edward Cockriel officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday (December 26, 2011) and from 10:00 a.m. to service time at 11:00 at the Shrewsbury General Baptist Church.
