Obituary
Ernestine Shain Harris, age 83, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (August 9, 2007) at the Springview Nursing and Rehab Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on January 7, 1924, in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of Carl and Grace Shain. She was a housewife and was a member of the Clinton Street Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons, Ernest (Patty) Harris of Leitchfield and James (Lou) Harris of London, KY, one daughter, Brenda (Donnie) Lacefield of Leitchfield, one sister, Emma Jean Hack of Leitchfield, three grandchildren, Patrick and Kyle Harris and Kim Meredith and three great grandchildren, Tiffany and Morgan Stevenson and Tyler Wells. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Harris.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday (August 11, 2007) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Mark Claypool will be officiating. Burial will be in the Keafauver Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday and after 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Saturday.
