Eulma Gary (Taylor), age 92, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (May 19, 2021) at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
She was born on July 15, 1928 in Welches Creek, KY, the daughter of the late Eugene and Lillie Taylor.
She was a housewife, mother, and was a retired machine operator at Kane Industries, who enjoyed sewing and quilting, and was a member of the Barnett Lick Baptist Church and attended the Chapel Union Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, James Gary (Florence) of Leitchfield, KY, her step-son, Presto Gary (JoAnn) of Caneyville, one step-daughter, Mary Lane Fishburn of Louisville, three granddaughters, Suzanne Sweet (Johnnie), Wendy Pierce (James) and Angela Gary (Chad Stegenga), five step-grandchildren, Deanna Gary, Donita Ashley (Brent), Daniel Gary, Denisa Geary (Jarrod) and David Gary (Brittany), ten great-grandchildren and twelve step-great-grandchildren and one step-great-great-child.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ezra Gary and her second husband, Amos Gary, three sisters, Iva Meadow (Ralph), Carrie Tarrence (Henry) and Sibyl Wilburn (Hillard) and one foster son, Geoffrey Geary.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, (May 22, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Mickey Coates will be officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
