Obituary
Everett West Sr., age 87 of Cecilia, KY, passed away Tuesday, (February 17, 2015) at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.
He was born on March 23, 1927 in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late Edward and Rachel Duvall West.
He was a retired farmer and was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his wife, Delia Priddy West, three sons, Everett Ray West Jr. (Sandy) of Irvington KY, David Lee West (June) of Louisville KY and Jerry West (Martha) of Underwood IN, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a son and daughter, Terry and Sharon Kay West.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. (CST) Friday, (February 20, 2015) at the Dermitt Funeral Home. Bro. Garry Watkins will be officiating. Burial will be in the Sanders Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. (CST) Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
