Obituary
Felix Arnold "Pete" Kennison, age 97, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Monday, (June 23, 2008) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born February 2, 1911, in Blackton, Arkansas, the son of Robert and Clare Maude Meredith Kennison. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by two sisters, Juanita Rankin of Caneyville and Pauline Stone of Leitchfield and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Buster and Eugene Kennison and two sisters, Lucy McCombs and Nannie Wright.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday (June 28, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bros. Ed Dermitt and Phillip Langdon will be officiating. Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
