Frances Ann Gibson, age 76, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (May 17, 2017) at her residence in Leitchfield.

She was born on September 27, 1940, in Breckinridge County, KY, the daughter of the late Jesse T. and Pauline Harned Pile.

She worked as a secretary, was a Human Resource manager at Leggett Platt Mft. and also worked at Camp Loucan. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and cooking. She had made many friends at Da Vita and enjoyed their company and support. She was a member of Clearview Baptist Church.

She is survived by daughter, Lena, and her husband, Rev. Robert Aldridge of Elizabethtown, KY; son, Michael Dennis, and his wife, Beth of Maryland; sister, Joyce Lee Whitfill, and her husband, Michael, of St. Paul, KY; and brother, Wendall V. Pile of Texas. Five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Dennis and Hayward Gibson.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, (May 20, 2017) at Clearview Baptist Church in Leitchfield. Rev. Chester Shartzer, and Rev. Robert Aldridge will be officiating. Burial will be in the Custer Cemetery in Breckinridge County.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, and at Clearview Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of services.
