Obituary
Frances Lowery Templeman, age 89, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (December 15, 2011) at Springview Health and Rehab in Leitchfield.
She was born on March 10, 1922, in Grayson Co., Kentucky, the daughter of the late Gordon and Betty Jackson Lowery. She was a retired co-owner of Templeman's Motors, a member of the Kosair Greeterettes, Leitchfield Women's Club and a member of Leitchfield First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Charles Templeman, who had graduated with her from Caneyville High School in 1939, one son, Steve Templeman (Marie) of Caneyville, her grandchildren, Jennifer Manley (Marc) of Lexington, KY and Charles Michael Templeman (Megan) of Clarkson, KY, two great grandchildren, Emma Grace and Owen David Manley.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday (December 18, 2011) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Jim Johnson will be officiating. Entombment will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of service.
Expressions of sympathy can take the form of donations to Kosair Charities or the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
