Francis S. Toms, age 76, of Roundhill, KY, passed away Friday, (May 4, 2018) at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

She was born on January 8, 1942, in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Hade and Nellie Carroll Stinnett.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed going to church, spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, attending to her flowers, and watching her soaps on television. She attended Hubsfield and Decker Holiness churches.

She is survived by her daughters, Donna Stinnett (Buster) of Duff, and Amanda Willoughby (Chester) of Anneta; sons, Robert Toms (Linda), and Odell Toms, Jr. (Rita) all of Anneta; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, with two on the way; sisters, Lois Duvall and Doris Whobrey; brothers, Dewey and James Stinnett; and several nieces and nephews. Special friends, Shirley Hampton, and Elizabeth and Jackie Saltsman also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Odell Toms, Sr.; daughters, Lori, Darlene, and Nellie Mae; son, Johnny Ray Toms; and three sisters.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, (May 10, 2018) at the Decker Holiness Church. Bro. Vester Decker and Bro. Irvin Decker will be officiating. Burial will be in Hill Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and from 9:00 a.m. until time of services on Thursday at Decker Holiness Church.
