Frankie Lee Basil, age 71, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Monday, (September 9, 2024) at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

She was born on February 07, 1953 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of the late Clayton Gaddis and Sarah Ann Gibson.

She was a photographer who enjoyed being a Mimi to her grandchildren, watching murder mystery shows and photographing her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Ann Escue (Darrin) of Leitchfield, and Jenifer Callaway of Louisville; grandchildren Trenton Callaway, Bailey VanMeter (Jameson), Dean Reed (Avery) and Landon Glidewell; great-grandchildren Camryn, Levi, Walker James, Willow, and Liam Michael; and one brother, Glen Gibson of Shepherdville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Darrell Gaddis.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation was chosen.
