Freddy Lee Clemons, age 60, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (December 31, 2015) at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on October 18, 1954 in Grayson Co., KY, the son of the late Charlie and Irene Tilford Clemons.

He was a construction worker, who enjoyed riding his Tryke and playing with his grandchildren and was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Barnes Clemons, one son, Scottie Lee Clemons (Tasha Decker) of Leitchfield, one daughter, Tiffany DeAnne Clemons (Jason Baxter) of Clarkson, KY, seven grandchildren, Susie Marie Clemons of Alabama, Olend Crabtree of Clarkson, Mya, Samantha and Layla Clemons all of Leitchfield, Zander and Zoey Lindsey both of Clarkson, two sisters, Shirley Moore of Leitchfield and Laverne Hatfield (Billy) of Clarkson, one brother, Mike Clemons (Debbie) of Leitchfield.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, John and Richard Clemons and a niece, Annie Mae Clemons.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, (January 3, 2015) at St Anthony Catholic Church. Rev. Babu Kulathumkal will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Anthony Cemetery. Prayer service will be at 6:00 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday prior to be taken to the church for services.
