Obituary
George Bernard "Bernie" Clark Jr., age 72, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (June 16, 2008) at the University Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was born on October 4, 1935, in Louisville KY, the son of the late George Bernard Sr. and Sally Louise Prentice Clark. He was a retired electrician for LG&E, a member of the Leitchfield American Legion # 0081 and was a member of the McDaniels-Antioch Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Ray Raymer Clark of Leitchfield, one son, Richard D. Clark (Debbie) of Louisville, two brothers, Mike Clark of Crandell, IN and Robert Clark of Georgetown, IN, and one sister, Shirley Slucher of New Salisbury, IN. He was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Belinda Kay Clark and one brother, Thomas Clark.
Funeral services will be at 12 noon Friday (June 20, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Allen Self will be officiating. Burial will be in the McDaniels-Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
