Glenn Dewayne Phelps, age 47 of Elizabethtown, KY, formerly of Caneyville, KY, passed away Thursday (December 03, 2009) at his residence.

He was born on September 25,1962 the son of Glendon Earl & Madeline Hawks Phelps.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Phelps of Leitchfield, KY, 2 daughters, Amanda Lyons of Elizabethtown & Tiffany(Jacob) Schroeder of Elizabethtown, 1 grandson, Gaige Lyons of Elizabethtown, his father, Glendon Phelps of Leitchfield, 1 brother, Michael Phelps of Bowling Green, KY, 2 sisters, Norene Steidinger Pennsylvania & Patricia Bruederle of Louisville. He was preceded in death by his mother & 5 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M CST Sunday (December 6, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Larry Lacefield will be officiating. Burial in the Taylor Cemetery in Butler Co..
