Obituary
Gloria Ellen Burnett, age 46, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (December 30, 2009) in Leitchfield.
She was born on December 6, 1963, in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Carl and Margie Davis Whobrey. She was a registered nurse with Breckinridge Memorial Hospital and a member of the Hanging Rock Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Burnett, three daughters, Bethany JoEllen Whitworth of Nashville, TN, Ashley Ellen Whitworth and Tabitha LeEllen Burnett both of Leitchfield, her mother, Margie Whobrey of Leitchfield and two brothers, Tony and Keith Whobrey both of Leitchfield. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Whobrey.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. (January 2, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Jim McIntosh will be officiating. Burial will be in the South Union Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of service.
