Goldie Mae Webb, age 66, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (September 03, 2008) at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.

She was born on April 25, 1942, in Bullitt County KY, the daughter of Curtis Lee and Dollie Mclain (Sprinkles) Thompson. She was a retired sewing machine operator for IMS Manufacturing, where she worked for fifteen years. She was a loving mother and homemaker. She was a member with strong faith at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Middletown, KY.

She is survived by her husband Hilbert Son Webb; two sons, Hank Harlin Webb (Sonnie) of Roxie Mississippi and Anthony Scott Webb of Leitchfield; two daughters, Rose Marie Tomes (Joseph) of Caneyville and Theresa Lynne Webb (Harrell Snell) of Leitchfield; three brothers, Billy Thompson of Louisville, John Thompson of Caneyville, and Rusty Thompson of Ohio; two sisters, Anna Duke of Caneyville and Edith Ann Thompson of Minnesota; twelve grandchildren, Amanda Quisenberry, Stephen Tomes, Adam Lee Webb, Chandra Webb, Channing Starr Webb, Joshua Tomes, Baillie Nicole Tomes, Garrett Webb, Brandon Scott Webb, Destiny Marie Webb, Rachel Starr, and Blain Webb; four adopted grandchildren, Dillion Webb, Dedra Webb, Molly Webb, and Natasha Logsdon; five great grandchildren, Jared and Ariel Quisenberry, Haylea Webb, Jeiden Clark and Gavin Donohue; three step great grandchildren, Heather Clark, Brandon Donohue, and Dakota Cockriel. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother William Thompson, and one sister Edna Ruth Weidlin.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday (September 06, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Allen Mudd will be officiating. Burial will be in the Cain Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
