Obituary
Grace "Marie" Sarver, age 89, of Kalamazoo, MI, formerly of Leitchfield, KY, passed away June 3, 2008 in Kalamazoo.
She was born on March 14, 1919, in Ridgeway, IL, the daughter of the late Robert and Harlie Vinson Jackson. She was united in marriage to Edgar F. Sarver in February 1942, who preceded her in death. She was an active member of the South Side Christian Church in Hammond, IN and the Lone Star Church of Christ in Falls of Rough, KY.
She is survived by her children, John (Karman) of Memphis, TN and Alan (Karen) Sarver of Kalamazoo, her grandchildren, Stephanie, Bryan, Rob, and Eric, five great grandchildren and a niece, Patricia Jackson.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday (June 18, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Glen Ledbetter will be officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
