Grace A. Yaden, age 64, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Tuesday, (May 18, 2021) at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on July 12, 1956 in Bloomington, Indiana, daughter of the late Max L. and Delores Weddle Sparks.

She was registered nurse and had worked in home health and also for Hospice of Central KY. She graduated nursing school in 1987. Grace enjoyed taking care of others. She was co-founder of Wings on a Prayer Inc. providing therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with physical, emotional or mental challenges. She attended Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Yaden of Falls of Rough; sons, Chris Yaden (Jenny) and Jason Yaden; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sisters, Pam Ball of Leitchfield, Teresa Ellis of Indiana;  brothers, David Sparks of Indiana and Leroy Sparks of  Louisville; and several nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Yaden.

The family is honoring Grace's request for cremation with no service and no visitation.
