Harold Thomas Odle, Sr., age 79, of Millwood, KY, passed away Thursday, (May 4, 2017) at his residence.

He was born on January 13, 1938 in Millwood, KY, the son of the late Raymond Robert and Goldie Mae Gaither Odle.

He was a retired farmer, and also retired from Ford Motor Company as a metal finisher. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, and honeybees. He has been a member of the Millwood Baptist Church since 1970.

He is survived by his wife; Lillian Lavon Lee Odle; three sons, Harold Thomas (Tommy) Odle, Jr. and his wife, Ann, Clifford Leon Odle and his wife, Debbie, all of Millwood, and Robert Eugene Odle (Gene) and his fiancé, Maria of Leitchfield; one daughter, Malinda Sallee and her husband, Justin, of White Mills; two sisters, Linda Clements and Brenda Batchelder and her husband, John all of Millwood; adopted granddaughter, Jacqueline Dianne Odle Linton and her husband, Jamie of Leitchfield; grandchildren, Morgan, Michael, Mitchell, Kyle, Jeremy, Cari, Jason, Dustin, and Savannah; 21 great-grandchildren; nephew, Turoc Batchelder his wife, Veronica, and their son, Gordan; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday, (May 8, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Chester Shartzer and Bro. Bruce Underhill will be officiating. Burial will be in the Odle Family Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
