Hermeda Webb, age 85 of Clarkson, KY, passed away Saturday, (February 14, 2015), at her home in Clarkson.

She was born on June 6, 1929, in Louisville, KY, the daughter of the late Omer and Eunice Akeridge Hornback.

She was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Baptist Church, a former member of Grayson County Homemakers, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Sewbeeit Quilt Guild.

She is survived by her daughter, Dixie Franklin and her husband Rowan of Clarkson, her son, Bobby David, and his wife Brenda Nichols Webb of Bowling Green, KY, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lonnie Webb, Jr., one daughter, Sandra Skaggs, three brothers, Omer "Bug" Hornback, Jr., Russell Lee Hornback and Burlin Hornback, and a sister Evelyn Marie Hornback.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday (February 21, 2015) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Mulberry Flats Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
