Obituary
Ike Jarboe, age 46, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (November 22, 2016) as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born on December 6, 1969, in Leitchfield, the son of Mary Emma Portman Jarboe.
He was a maintenance worker for Metalsa in Elizabethtown, who enjoyed his work and hunting. He was a member of UAW Local 3047.
He is survived by his wife; Kim Penner Jarboe, his mother, Mary Emma Jarboe, and half-sister, Lavada Mingus. His father-in-law and mother-in-law Earl and Ann Penner, a brother-in-law, Wayne Penner, and a special niece, Brooke Penner.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, (November 27, 2016) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Lealin Geary will be officiating. Burial will be in the Welches Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
