Imogene Lee Porter, age 93, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (September 10, 2026) at her residence.

She was born on December 12, 1932, in Butler County, KY, the daughter of the late Roscoe Lee and Rosa Woosley.

She was hairdresser for many years who enjoyed needlework, knitting, crocheting, reading the bible, cooking, spending time with her family and enjoyed her house plants. She was a member of the Yeaman Church of Christ.

She is survived by her stepson’s, Mike Porter (Susie) and Kent Porter (Darla) all of Falls of Rough; three grandchildren, Travis Porter (Jamie), Ryan Porter (Elisabeth) and Hank Porter (Emily); five great-grandchildren, Morgan Brown (Austin), Faith Porter, Audrey Wathen (Brenden), Milo and Minnie Porter; and two great- great grandchildren, Jett Brown and Ridge Wathen. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Porter and nine brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, (September 19, 2026) at the Yeaman Church of Christ. Burial will be in the Porter Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Yeaman Church of Christ from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of services.
