Jacquelyn "Jackie" Floyd Beville, age 61, of Olaton, KY, passed away Wednesday, (March 28, 2012) at her residence.
She was born on December 20, 1950, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, the daughter of the late Jack and Freida Lambert Floyd. She was a retired production worker at Vermont American; a member of the Women's Axillary of the Leitchfield American Legion post 81 and was a member of the McGrady Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Gibbon Martin Beville II, two daughters, Christy Terry (Roy) of Frankfort, KY and Lisa Cottrell of Louisville, KY, a sister, Diana Starnes of Blacksburg, South Carolina, a nephew and a niece, Joe Wood and Kim Johnson, a special friend and caregiver, Cindy Escue Ashley, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Jim Wood.
Cremation was chosen and a celebration of life will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday (April 7, 2012) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
The family will receive friends at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. Saturday (April 7, 2012) until time of the celebration.
