Obituary
James Allen Carwile, age 53, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (August 15, 2013).
He was born on February 17, 1960 in Hardinsburg, KY, the son of the late Robert Preston and Flora Elizabeth Osborne Carwile.
He was a supervisor for Bel Cheese, USA, an avid UK fan, enjoyed fishing, boating, collecting and working on clocks, and music, especially the Eagles. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.
He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Carwile of Leitchfield, three brothers, Ted (Deborah) of Owensboro, KY, Rob (Peggy) of McQuady, KY, and Joseph Carwile (Loretta) of Leitchfield, his sister, Mary Dowell (Daryl) of Hardinsburg, KY, his ex-wife, Lodean Carwile and a step-granddaughter, Jadyn Dean Ferguson.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant child.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Monday, (August 19, 2013) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Kenneth Self will be officiating. Burial will be in the Sand Knob Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
