Obituary
James E. Franke, age 76, who lived with his daughter, Laura, her husband, Jerry and his grandchildren in Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Wednesday, (March 25, 2009) at his residence.
He was born on October 3, 1932, in Louisville KY, the son of Theodore and Ruby Daughtery Franke. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and was a retired Iron Worker.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Jerry Davis, his grandchildren, Amber, Bradie and Jesse Davis and two brothers, Ray and Johnny Franke both of Louisville. He was preceded in death by one son, James E. Franke Jr.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 4:00 p.m. (March 28, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Roger Allen will be officiating with Cremation to follow.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
