James William Heaverin, age 63, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (September 08, 2025) at his home.

He was born on August 06, 1962 in Louisville, KY, the son of the late William Jessie and Florence Jewel Daniel Heaverin.

He was a quality manager for Mid-Park for many years. He was a musician for both The Breeze Band and The Country Outlaws and enjoyed working in the yard and in his garage.

He is survived by his loving wife of 2 years, Cheryl A. Heaverin of Leitchfield.  Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Wayne Heaverin.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, (September 20, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
