Obituary
James O. Nunn, age 76, of Leitchfield, KY passed away Thursday, (September 8, 2011) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.
He was born on January 28, 1935, in Rock Hill, SC, the son of Jack and Emma Schillinlaw Nunn, he worked in maintenance at the Grayson Manor Nursing Home here in Leitchfield. He was a friend to everyone he met and shared his unselfish love with every member of his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Knuckles Spears Nunn of Leitchfield, two sons, Mike Nunn of S.C. and William Nunn of IN, four daughters, Phyllis West and Joy Imbrescia both of Leitchfield, Linda Haag of N.C. and Lora Dillon of TX, four brothers, Jack, Randy and Steve Nunn of S.C. and Bobby Nunn of N.C., one sister, Vivian Coleman of S.C., 15 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday (September 11, 2011) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Doug Edwards and Bro. Johnny Knuckles will be officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pineville, KY.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday (September 10, 2011)
