Obituary
James Ray Higdon, age 49, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (October 23, 2012) at his home.
He was born on June 28, 1963 in Leitchfield, KY, the son of the late Ambrose and Juley Mercer Higdon.
He is survived by his mother, Juley Higdon, seven brothers, Joseph, Charles, Jerry, Tommy, Phillip, William and Raymond Higdon all of Leitchfield.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ambrose Higdon.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, (October 24, 2012) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
Expressions of sympathy can take the form of donations to the Dermitt Funeral Home to help with expenses.
