James Gregory Terry , passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 in his home surrounded by his wife and son.  He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Deborah Jo, daughter, Melissa Jo Nichols (Christopher), son, Edward Shane Terry, grandson Tyler Shane Terry, and his beloved dog, Sheba, and is preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie Jean Ramsey, and sister Teresa Ratliff.

He fought a brief, but courageous battle against final stage lung cancer that had spread throughout his body. Cremation was requested with no services, the family has requested that donations be made to Vietnam Veterans of America at https://vva.org/donate/ .
