James Earl Thomas Smiley, infant son of James Edward Smiley, Jr. and Tiffany Renee Stevenson of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday (April 23, 2009) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

He is survived by his parents, maternal grandparents Kim and Johnathan Meredith and Glen Stevenson all of Leitchfield, paternal grandparents Penny Alvey (Chris Smith) of Irvington, maternal great grand parents Brenda Loney of Louisville, Donnie and Brenda Lacefield, Glefus and Shirley Stevenson all of Leitchfield, maternal great great grandparents Harley and Roberta Stevenson of Leitchfield, and Martin King of Caneyville, two aunts Morgan and KeneDee Stevenson, three uncles Joseph Mercer, Tyler Wells, and Bradley Decker. He was preceded in death by paternal great grand parents Jim and Charlotte Pugh, and maternal great grandfather William Thomas Loney.

Private graveside services will be Sunday at 3:00 p.m. (April 26, 2009) at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Leitchfield. Bro. Nathan Lowe will be officiating.
