Janice Lampton, age 59, of Big Clifty, KY, passed away Saturday, (March 27, 2021) at her home.

She was born on September 4, 1961 in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of the late Jesse and Thelma Brown Lampton.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed fishing, gardening, mushroom hunting, crafts and any outdoor activity.

She is survived by her brothers, Allen Lampton (Debbie) of Big Clifty, Pete Lampton (Janet) of Leitchfield and Larry Lampton (Medea) of Leitchfield. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Vicki Lampton and Barbara Brown, and a brother, Galen Lampton.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, (April 01, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.  Burial will be in the Moore Cemetery in Hardin County.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of services.
