Janice Ann Rusher, age 60, of Constantine, KY, passed away Tuesday, (June 01, 2021) at her home.

She was born on March 03, 1961 in Breckinridge County, KY, the daughter of the late Dual Ray and Dorthie Aubrey Whitworth.

She was homemaker who loved to sew, fish and bake cookies for her grandchildren and was loved by so many. She loved listening to music and praising God in her living room. With a body that was tired and worn out, Janice was ready to be with God. She was a member at The Restoration Place in Leitchfield.

Janice is survived by her husband of 44 years Franklin Rusher of Constantine, KY; a son, James Rusher of Constantine; a daughter, Dorthie LaVonne White (Robert); five grandchildren, Jenica Rusher, Tyler Matthews, Grace Matthews, Bobby White and Addison White; three brothers, Danny Whitworth (Karen) of Harned, KY, Morris Whitworth (Mary) of McQuady, KY, Broderick Whitworth, also of Harned; a sister, Yvonne McAtee (Donnie) of Cecilia, KY. A sister-in-law, Betty Whitworth, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Whitworth; and her mother and father in law, Margaret and James Rusher.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, (June 08, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Andy Vance will be officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
