JC Dupin, 68 of Leitchfield, passed away June 13, 2017 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. He was surrounded by his family and friends as he took his journey home.

He was born on March 13, 1949 in Breckinridge Co, the son of the late Rev. Earl and Irene (Lampton) Dupin. He was retired from the Phar Shar manufacturing Company where he was in maintenance. He loved his children and grandchildren, also his home and wood working. He also loved to watch drag racing.

He is survived by his sons, Jason Dupin of TN and Michael Dupin of TX, one sister and brother in law, Juanita and Donnie Joyce of Leitchfield, two grandchildren, Tag and Chase Dupin of CA, two sister in law, Betty Dupin of Louisville and Jaycl Dupin of Leitchfield, Special friends, Gordon and Brenda Sturgeon of Leitchfield, Randall and Diana Mercer of Leitchfield, Mike and Fay Tabor of Clarkson, he is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Stanley and James Dupin.

Funeral services will be June 17, 2017 at 11:00am at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Billy Hack will be officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Leitchfield.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 to 8:00pm Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am until time of service.
