Jeremy William Rigsby, age 36, of Snap, KY, passed away Thursday, (January 23, 2025).

He was born on December 22, 1988 in, Portsmouth, VA, the son of Donald Rigsby and the late Deborah Schwab Rigsby.

He was a caregiver to his children who enjoyed playing video games, collecting, shooting guns, working on cars and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Chelsie Goben-Rigsby of Snap; four children, Kharcyn, LilliAnna, William & Hunter Rigsby, all of Snap; a brother, Robert Brandon Rigsby of Jacksonville, FL; and his father, Donald Rigsby also of Snap. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends also survive.

He was preceded in death by his mother and his best friend, Michael Shawver.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, (February 3, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Bryan Matthews will be officiating. Burial will be in the Johnnie Haycraft Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Dermitt Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
