Obituary
Jerry Ellis Cave, age 75, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (September 24, 2017) at his home in Leitchfield.
He was born on April 29, 1942 in Grayson Co, KY, the son of the late Jack and Wilma Lockard Cave.
He was a retired car salesman and a former race horse owner, who enjoyed spending time with his horses and was a UK basketball fan and the Green Bay Packers; he was an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his two sons, Todd Cave (Amy) of Leitchfield and Troy Cave (Lynn) of Nashville TN; five grandchildren, Kennedi, Raigan, Daphne, Amber and Cory; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Charlene Miller of Leitchfield.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Cave and Marlene Day.
Cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, (September 28, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
