JERRY WENDELL GIBSON

Jerry Wendell Gibson, 65 of Bowling Green died at 5:47 p.m., Wednesday
April 20, 2011 at his residence.

The Grayson county native was a concrete construction worker. He was
a member of Three Springs Baptist Church and the husband of the
late Ruby Ann Skaggs Gibson and was preceded in death by a son Wendell D.
Gibson.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday at Dermitt Funeral Home,Leitchfield, with Pastor Jeff Williams officiating. Burial will be in Little Flock Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation
is 3:00-8:00 Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
and 3:00-8:00 Sunday at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.

Survivors include his parents Lowell Gibson and his wife Cova Spencer
Gibson; two daughters, Deanna Rager and her husband Dorris of Bowling
Green and Denise Mathews and her husband Chris of Mammoth Cave;
nine grandchildren, Beth Chism; Dakota Gibson; Brandy Burkeen;
Michelle Merrifield; Renee Weeks; Kristin Mathews; Keegan Mathews
Ethan Rager and Zac Rager; six great grandchildren, Tyler McKinney,
Dylan Merrifield; Zoie Merrifield; Lily Roberts; Cane Roberts; Carson Burkeen
two brothers, Maxwell Gibson and Shelby Gibson both of Millerstown;
one sister, Dianna Poteet of Millerstown and several nieces and nephews.
