Obituary
Jerry Lee Miller, age 62, of Caneyville KY, passed away Monday, (April 13, 2009) at his home.
He was born on May 3, 1946, in Grayson Co., KY, the son of Shelby and Quincy Whobrey Miller. He was an EMT and worked at Field Printing in Fort Knox, a Vietnam Navy veteran and attended Potter's Hope Ministries.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Joyce Miller, three daughters, Shannon Johnston (Scott), Tabitha Miller and Jennifer Duvall (Brian) all of Leitchfield, one brother, Kendell Miller of Leitchfield, three sisters, Doris Odle of Louisville, KY, Kathryn Shartzer and Sue Woosley both of Leitchfield, three grandchildren, Alisa and Alayna Johnston and Brayden Duvall. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Galen Miller.
Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. (April 17, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bros. Wayne Clemons and Andy Vance will be officiating. Burial will be in the Shrewsbury Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
Expressions of sympathy can take the form of donations to the American Lung or the American Heart Associations.
