Jessica Lamae Decker, age 16, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (September 9, 2010) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on March 12, 1994, in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Jim and Patty Hudson Decker.

Other than her parents, she is survived by her sister, Beth Decker, her grandmother, Freda Hudson Nelson, her adopted brothers, Matt Burns and Jason Woodson, her uncle and aunt, Junior and Helen Hudson, her caregivers close to her heart, Jackie, Shonda, Kim, Debbie, Jill, Melanie and Denise and numerous friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Justus Hudson and Sonny Decker, step grandfather, Elmer Nelson and uncle, Alan Ray Decker and special friends, Lindsey Hayes and Addison Hart.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday (September 12, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Gary Embry will be officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
