Obituary
Jessie Nell Bounds, age 74, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (December 04, 2008) at the Suburban Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on January 29, 1934, in Ohio County KY, the daughter of Rev. Floyd and Myrtle McIntosh Putman. She was a housewife and was a member of the Church of Joy.
She is survived by one son, Dennis Wayne Bounds, two daughters, Leta Marie Bounds, and Rita Kay Sanders all of Leitchfield, one sister, Rethal Deane of St. Louis, MO., two grandchildren, Chris Bounds and Colt Sanders, and two great grandchildren, Michael and Jordan Bounds. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Bounds, one son Kenneth Lee Bounds, one grandson Michael Keith Bounds, four brothers, and five sisters.
Funeral services will be at 1:00p.m. Sunday (December 07, 2008) at the Church of Joy in Leitchfield, under the direction of the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Nathan Lowe will be officiating. Burial will be in the Clarkson Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and after 12:30p.m. Sunday at the church until time of services.
