Obituary
Jewell Mae Hornback, age 64, of Leitchfield, KY passed away Friday, (March 23, 2007) at the Bowling Green Medical Center.
She was born on February 3, 1943, in Hart County, KY, the daughter of John E. and Corine Childress Thompson.
She is survived by son, Damon (Emily) Hornback of Big Clifty, two sisters, Freda Stone of Leitchfield and Jackie Mitchell of Louisville, three grandchildren, Ethan, Luke and Lance. She was preceded in death by her parents and one child, Rita Mae Hornback.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday (March 26, 2007) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield, Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Little Clifty Methodist Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, and after 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Monday.
