Obituary
John Basham, age 68, of Bowling Green KY, formerly of Grayson Co., KY, passed away Monday, (June 1, 2009) in Bowling Green.
He was born on November 22, 1940, the son of the late Shelby T. and Elsie Mae Reynolds Basham.
He is survived by one son, Kevin Basham of Leitchfield, KY, two stepsons Jeff and Jay Tigner, three daughters, Fleshia Mudd of Leitchfield, Kimberly Mudd of Caneyville KY, and Shanna Turner of Clarkson, KY, several brothers and sisters and ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jeff Basham and several sisters and brothers.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. (June 5, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Billy Hack will be officiating. Burial will be in the Wells Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
