Obituary
John L. Haycraft, age 78, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (April 13, 2014) at the Ttwin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born on March 5, 1936 in Grayson Co., KY, the son of the late Paul and Sarah Bradley Haycraft.
He was a retired Truck Driver for Leitchfield Transfer.
He is survived by his wife, Betty E. Haycraft, of Leitchfield, three sons, Johnny Ray Haycraft (Beverly) of Wax, KY, Terry Haycraft (Debora) of Leitchfield, James E. Haycraft (Karen) of Upton, KY, a step-son Roger VanMeter of Leitchfield, KY, two grandchildren, one step-grandchild, three great grandchildren, and three brothers, Carlos Haycraft (Shirley Brumley) of Leitchfield, Douglas Haycraft (Mary) and Charlie Haycraft (Karen) both of Louisville, KY.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Mitchell Haycraft.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, (April 15, 2014) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Joe Brooks will be officiating. Burial will be in the Logsdon Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.John L. Haycraft's Guestbook
