Obituary
John Oliver Laney Jr, age 47, of Leitchfield, KY passed away Thursday, (February 15, 2007) at his home in Leitchfield.
He was born on September 13, 1959, in Owensboro, KY, the son of John Oliver Laney Sr., and Mary Bernice Woodward Laney.
He is survived by his spouse, Linda Rice, one daughter, Dawn Sexton of Owensboro, two step children, Candace and Patrick Rice. Four brothers, Billy and Andy Laney both of Owensboro, KY., Bruce of Uttica, KY., and Carolyn Laney of Cannelton, IN., one grand child Charles Thomas Blair Jr.
A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday (February 19, 2007) at Potters Hope. Bro Wayne Clemons will be officiating.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at Potters Hope in Leitchfield.
Cremation was chosen by the Family
