Obituary
Jones Emmitt Dennison, age 84 of Caneyville, KY, passed away Sunday (September 7, 2008) in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born on February 24, 1924, in Grayson County, KY, the son of Irvin T. & Inez Irene Jones.
He was a retired farmer & a veteran of the USN. He attended New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by 1 brother Robert Dennison of Big Clifty, 1 sister Virginia Clemons, of Leitchfield, 4 half sisters Marilyn Sue Embry of Madisonville, Janice Poole, Ina Hack & Linda Galloway all of Leitchfield, 2 half brothers Elbert Lee Dennison of Annetta & Albert Lynn Dennison of Leitchfield, 1 cousin Phillip Dennison of Caneyville.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 P.M Tuesday (September 9, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Rev. Edward Dermitt will be officiating. Burial is in the New Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville from 10:30 a.m. Tuesday until time of service at 2:30.
