Joshua Wayne Myatt, age 25, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Thursday, (June 23, 2011) in Falls of Rough, KY.
He was born on February 9, 1986, in Wurzburg, Germany, the son of Gary Wayne Myatt. He was an electrician, and a member of Short Creek Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Logsdon Myatt; one son, Gary Myatt; one daughter, Beth Myatt; his father and step-mother, Gary Wayne and Debbie Myatt; and two brothers, Matthew and Ethan Myatt, all of Falls of Rough; two step-sisters, Ami Silas and Kerri Turney both of Indianapolis, IN; grandmother, Thelma Myatt of Falls of Rough; step-grandmother, Donna Hanley of Indianapolis, IN; aunt and uncle, Tom and Sherry Nelson,; great-aunt, Marcia Cotton; great-uncle Wayne Bauer; and several cousins.
Funeral services will be at 5:00 p.m. Sunday (June 26, 2011) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Billy Compton will be officiating. Burial will be in the Lone Star Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
